Delightful Home Gifts, LLC is introducing "Magic Touch"- Home Marketability Assessment Consulting Service
for Real Estate Professionals and their clients.
Home Marketability Assessment Consultation takes place after the listing contract is signed.
It includes a comprehensive walk-through for every room inside the house as well as outdoor space.
A detailed list of suggested improvements is presented to the seller. These improvements are important in order to increase marketability of the house, making it more appealing to the prospective buyers. These suggested improvements focus on:
* Decluttering
* Clearing
* Organizing/ Pre-packing
* Decorating

How does it work?
* After the listing agreement is signed, the listing agent contacts us and requests a
Home Marketability Assessment Consultation for their clients.
* We contact the clients and schedule an appointment.
* During the consultation, the list of suggested recommendations is created to be followed by the sellers. Changes should be made prior to the photos being taken.
* Then we come back to check and make sure that the house looks presentable before the photo session.
*If the owners need help with preparations, we can assist with Photo
Prop. We can also provide a Staging Enhancement service- adding decor to enhance and highlight the most important areas of the house.

Service fee
The fee is $150 per consultation, which usually takes between 1-2 hours and is paid by the seller. This fee is reimbursed by the agent at the closing. Any additional services requested by the seller are paid by the seller. These services may include the cost of containers and decor, as well as the time needed to complete the project.

We are ready to work with local Real Estate agents in order to enhance the list of services they provide to their clients by increasing marketability of their listings, highlighting functionality of every room, and shortening the number of days on the market.
